The Imperial Army is reportedly bogged down in remote areas of the country
The city of Arecales has been taken by Imperial Army forces with the Paradistan government reportedly abandoning the capital according to the latest reports emerging from the front-line. The majority of the city’s 60 strong population have been taken prisoner by the Empire with only sporadic outbursts of gunfire heard in and around the city as mop-up operations continue.
The military’s focus has now turned to the border areas with Dactastan and the Basicstan province with heavy resistance bogging down Imperial forces in both theatres. Reports of Legoban attacks on support convoys in Basicstan have been downplayed by the Ministry of Peace.
Meanwhile, in Davidium, Prime Minister Julian Halliday has lauded the Imperial Army for what appears to be for all intents and purposes, the proficient subjugation of a slave source.
“The Paradistanians will no longer be parasites feeding off the Empire’s underbelly. They will serve us now, serve to further a Greater Empire”, he told the Hall of Minifigs.
